Manage and lead a team of highly engaged data managers.

together with your colleagues in Denmark and in India, be responsible for the data management deliverables within your assigned project area.

Motivate and develop the competency development of your team members.

Ensure quality in the work and drive continuous improvements and process development.

Will be responsible for the department budget and collaborate closely with managers from other Trial Data Management teams and stakeholders.

Challenge and improve current processes, embracing new methods and working styles.
